How to Apply Grant Application Requirements: 1. Cover letter to include the following: contact information, the name and address of the organization, summarizing the purpose, focus, goals, mission or objectives, amount of funds requested and how the funds will be used. 2. Grant Proposal. 3. IRS 501(c)(3) letter. 4. Financial Documents which may include: financial statement, budget, and IRS 990. 5. Any additional documentation you believe will help further assist the Bayrd Foundation in supporting your mission. Scholarship Application Requirements 1. Completed Application. 2. Official Transcript. 3. A short, concise essay written by the applicant addressing his or her academic, career, and life goals. 4. College Account Statement or Billing Statement and Financial Aid Award Letter from the college or university, to include the following: a. Tuition, Room and Board, Student Fees. b. Loans, Grants, Scholarships and Work Study Programs. c. Balance Due.
Restrictions The Adelaide Breed Bayrd Foundation is dedicated to the benefit of the citizens of Malden and surrounding communities. Scholarships are open to any high school graduate who resides in the City of Malden at the time of graduation.
