Heimbold Foundation , Inc. (the "Foundation") terminated its private foundation status under Internal Revenue Code Section 507(b)(1)(A)as of 12/31/2021. The foundation has distributed all of its net assets to " American -Scandinavian Foundation and "World Childhood Foundation Inc." , organizations described in section 170(b)(1)(1)(vi) which have been in existense and so described for a continuous period of at least 60 calendar months immediately preceeding the distribution. ( A schedule listing the name and address of the recepient of assets distributed is attached). Since the date it terminated its private foundation status, the Foundation has had no assets, income or expenditures. Therefore, the Form 990-PF for the tax year ended December 31, 2021 is its final return and has been marked as such in item G of the heading section.
