IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS PLAN OF DISSOLUTION, ADOPTED BY THE BOARD ON DECEMBER 28, 2024, THE FOUNDATION DISTRIBUTED ALL OF ITS NET ASSETS TO UJA FEDERATION NEW YORK, EIN 51-0172429, A PUBLIC CHARITY DESCRIBED IN SECTIONS 501(C)(3) AND 509(A)(1), ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 31, 2024. AS A RESULT, THE FOUNDATION CEASED ALL OPERATIONS AND RETAINS NO REMAINING ASSETS. A CERTIFIED COPY OF THE DISSOLUTION RESOLUTION AND A SCHEDULE OF FINAL DISTRIBUTIONS ARE ATTACHED.
