However, the following are the general requirements as applicable: letter in French explaining reasons for application, curriculum vitae or complete transcripts, research proposal with bibliography or thesis proposal, 2 (or 3 - depending on the award being applied for) letters of recommendation, statement of financial resources, and proposed budget.
