In recent years the American Menopause Foundation, Inc. has supported Alzheimers research because women are the predominant victims of the desease and AMF resources have dwindled. The AMF used a direct bank transfer of 14,904. in October, 2018, representing 100 of assets, to the Alzheimers Research Associaton, Inc. at 124 Prospect St., Ridgewood, NJ., 07450 The Board also decided, at that time, not to dissolve the American Menopause Foundation, keeping 501c3 status, and the opportunity to resume operations, in the future. The Board chose the Alzheimers Research Association, Inc. because our goals were similar and our Directors and Officers were identical. However, in September, 2020 the Board decided to teminate the American Menopause Foundation.
