THIS STATEMENT IS SUBMITTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH REG. 1.6043-3(A)(1) AND FORM 990-PF GENERAL INSTRUCTION TO REPORT THE DISTRIBUTION OF ASSETS THAT RESULTED IN THE TERMINATION AND DISSOLUTION OF THE JIM AND LINDA ROBINSON FOUNDATION, INC. AS OF DECEMBER 31,2023. The plan of dissolution authorized the Jim and Linda Robinson Foundation to distribute its remaining assets in the following way: 1) The final grants were distributed to qualified 501(c)(3) charities which are listed on statements 6-8 attached to this return. 2) The final filing is requesting a refund of $4,647. The refund will be used to pay for the final administrative expenses, legal fees, and tax prep fees for the Foundation.
