INSALL TRAVELLING FELLOWSHIP ARE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT THE FELLOWSHIP'S APPLICATION FORM IN WHICH THE CANDIDATE'S MEDICAL EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER RELEVANT PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION ARE LISTED. A CURRICULUM VITAE FOLLOWING THE FELLOWSHIP'S SPECIFIC FORMAT, LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION FROM TWO ORTHOPAEDIC SURGEONS FAMILIAR WITH THE APPLICANT'S WORK, AND A RECENT 2 X 2 PHOTOGRAPH MUST BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE APPLICATION.
Restrictions
ALL INDIVIDUALS NO MATTER THE RACE OR EMPLOYMENT STATUS WOULD BE ELIGIBLE RECIPIENTS, AS LONG AS THEY ARE CURRENTLY PRACTICING ORTHOPAEDIC SURGEONS, AND MUST HAVE COMPLETED THEIR FELLOWSHIPS IN EITHER ADULT KNEE RECONSTRUCTION OR SPORTS MEDICINE.
