On March 18, 2020, the Foundation resolved to terminate the Foundation and distribute the assets of the Foundation to the Foundation for the Carolinas, to be added to and administered as part of the Bank of America Legacy Employee Relief Fund #1 (Fund identification number 2476) held by E4E Relief LLC, a LLC of which Foundation for the Carolinas is the sole member. All of the Foundation's assets were distributed to the Foundation for the Carolinas on May 26, 2020, September 18 & 21, 2020.
