Reason for late filling was due to Inability to get tax records. The 1099 income documents were addressed to 198 Hewes St Brooklyn, NY. That was the address of Joseph & Leah Rosner. They organized the foundation. Leah Rosner died in 2022 and mail was returned. It took months till we realized what mail missing and until we requested and received additional copies from bank statements and the 1099s from the securities holder.
