A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TRUSTEES OF THE STOREHOUSE TRUST WAS HELD ON MAY 3RD, 2023. IT WAS MOTIONED AND RESOLVED THAT THE STOREHOUSE TRUST SHALL BE TERMINATED AND THAT THE ASSETS WOULD BE DISTRIBUTED TO A DONOR ADVISED FUND WITH FIDELITY CHARITABLE. THE FOUNDATION HAS DISTRIBUTED ALL OF ITS ASSETS AND HAS DISSOLVED AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2023. ALL REMAINING CASH ON HAND AND SECURITIES WERE DISTRIBUTED TO A DONOR ADVISED FUND AT FIDELITY CHARITABLE DURING NOVEMBER 2023, AS REPORTED UNDER PART XIV, LINE 3.
