APPLICANTS SHOULD REVIEW ELIGIBILITY USING THE FOUNDATION'S ONLINE ELIGIBILITY QUESTIONNAIRE (HTTPS://WWW.ALCON.COM/ABOUT-US/CORPORATE-SOCIAL-RESPONSIBILITY).
