General Instruction G requires us to furnish a copy of our 990-PF to the state in which the foundation was incorporated i.e., Wisconsin and the state in which the foundations principal office is located i.e., Illinois. Consistent with prior years, we once again have furnished a copy to Wisconsin, but we have been instructed by the Illinois Attorney Generals office that we should not furnish a copy to them so long as we are not required to be registered in the state of Illinois, which is the case with our foundation since our corporation is organized and holds property solely for religious purposes, has no assets situated and does not conduct our charitable activities within the state of Illinois, and does not solicit any contributions.
