How to Apply
There is an application form on the Fund's web site that needs to be completed. Only 501(c)(3) organizations are eligible to apply for a grant. The applicant must attach an IRS letter confirming tax exempt status, a list of names and addreses of current Board Members, most recent financial audit or 990, and a detailed project budget showing income and expenses. The applicant must explain how the funds will be used, why the funds are needed, and how the funds will impact children's health for children in Stow, Ma, birth through age 12.
Restrictions
Grant requests of up to $ 5,000 are considered. Funding is contingent upon the organization's successful evaluation of the info submitted (See above).
