Restrictions
Grants will only be made to organizations qualifying as exempt organizations under Section 501c3 of the IRC. The initial foci of the Foundation are: medical research, specifically including efforts to improve the scientific knowlege of, and to develop therapies and find cures for conditions such as autism, addiction, alcoholism and neurological disorders b Therapeutic care, specifically including hospice care and therapeutic intervention for individuals with debilitating health or neurological disorders and c Issues relating to women's health. After the directors and officers evaluate the merits of each proposal and request, contributions will be made by the Foundation in a manner deemed best suited to promote the primary purposes of the Foundation. Contributions will be made on a case by case basis as proposals are received.
