NO REQUESTS BY TELEPHONE ACCEPTED. ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY MAIL. NO RESTRICTIONS TO KINDS OF INSTITUTIONS AS LONG AS INSTITUTION QUALIFIES AS TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATION. SCHOLARSHIP APPLICANTS ARE LIMITED POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION ONLY. THE PURPOSE AND AMOUNT WILL BE DEPENDENT UPON NEED AND WILL BE DETERMINED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS. THE FOUNDATION WILL NOT AWARD EDUCATIONAL LOANS.
