This letter should not exceed three (3) pages. If the project falls within the areas of the Foundation's interest, purposes, and current funding policies, more detailed information may be requested. Letters must be received no later than September 15th, in order to be considered for the current year.
Restrictions Before an application can be considered, proof is required that the applicant is an exempt organization, as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code ("IRC"), and that it is considered XNot a Private Foundation" within the meaning of Section 509(a) IRC. Grants are awarded only to agencies located in Dallas County, Texas. Only one grant will be awarded to any agency in a 3 year period.
