The Welfare Fund for Children and Youth Uganda, a 501(c)3 charity, was selected to receive all remaining assets in the form of a grant. No liquidation plan was required by the statutes of the state of New York.Schedule of Final Distribution of AssetsThe Funds only remaining asset (after administrative expenses were paid) was cash of $299,652.47. $298,652.47 was distributed in the form of a grant to the Welfare Fund for Children and Youth Uganda, PO Box 35881, Kampala, Uganda. The final payment of this grant was on December 3rd, 2018. An additional $1,000 was distributed to the Christian Counseling Fellowship, Plot 2, Lukole Road, PO Box 3, Pader, Uganda in fulfillment of a prior year obligation.
