Statement Describing DissolutionThe Board of Directors of Fund for War Affected Children and Youth in Northern Uganda considered the advisability of voluntarily dissolving the corporation and determined that dissolution was in the best interest of the corporation. The Welfare Fund for Children and Youth Uganda, a 501(c)3 charity, was selected to receive all remaining assets in the form of a grant. No liquidation plan was required by the statutes of the state of New York.Schedule of Final Distribution of AssetsThe Funds only remaining asset (after administrative expenses were paid) was cash of $299,652.47. $298,652.47 was distributed in the form of a grant to the Welfare Fund for Children and Youth Uganda, PO Box 35881, Kampala, Uganda. The final payment of this grant was on December 3rd, 2018. An additional $1,000 was distributed to the Christian Counseling Fellowship, Plot 2, Lukole Road, PO Box 3, Pader, Uganda in fulfillment of a prior year obligation.
