A grant was made on October 21, 2022 to the following recipient. The Ayco Charitable Foundation PO Box 15203 Albany, NY 12212-5203 2. $2,961 to FERRUZZO & FERRUZZO, LLP in connection with legal services related to the dissolution of Morgan Le Fay Dreams Foundation, paid on December 02, 2022 to the following recipient. FERRUZZO & FERRUZZO, LLP 3737 BIRCH STREET, SUITE 400 NEWPORT BEACH, CA 92660 3. The Final Form 990-PF has requested a refund of $276. Upon receipt, these funds will be applied towards the accounting fees related to the Morgan Le Fay Dreams Foundation's final Form 990-PF, to be paid to the following recipient.
