ALL REMAINING CASH ON HAND AND SECURITIES WERE DISTRIBUTED TO THE ABOVE NAMED DONOR ADVISED FUND HELD WITH CHARLES SCHWAB, AS REPORTED UNDER PART XIV, LINE 3.
