OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS WHOSE PURPOSE IS FOR THE FURTHERANCE OF CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, SCIENTIFIC, EDUCATIONAL, LITERARY AND CULTURAL PURPOSES MAY SUBMIT REQUESTS TO THE ADDRESS IN 2A ABOVE. AWARDS TO INDIVIDUALS ARE INTENDED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING AND SUPPORTING UNDERGRADUATE AND POST GRADUATE EDUCATION AS WELL AS THE ACHIEVEMENT OF SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE SUCH AS THE PROMOTION OF A REPORT OR SIMILAR PRODUCT, TO IMPROVE OR ENHANCE A LITERARY, ARTISTIC, MUSICAL, SCIENTIFIC, TEACHING OR SIMILAR CAPACITY, SKILL OR TALENT OF THE RECIPIENT.
