The Trustees msy make distributions or expenditures exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes as they deem proper but they are requested that any such distributions, including any such distribution to fund a course at the University of Pennsylvania, be made for the purpose of forstering education in conservative political philosophy and thought.
