COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS ARE AWARED (UP TO 2,000) TO INDIVIDUALS GRADUATING FROM HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICTDS HWIHC SPONS HARRSIBURG AREA COMMUNITY COLLEGE. AWARDS BASED ON MERITORIUS ACHIEVEMENT, LEADERSHIP QUALITIES AND PERSONAL SERVICES TO OTHERS AS DETERMINED EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PARTICIPATING SCHOOL DISTRICTS. AMOUNTS ARE AWARDED ANNUALLY AT THE DISCRETION OF THE FOURNDATION. OTHER SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS ARE REMITTED TO THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION AS SELECTED BY THE APPROPRIATE SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE BENEIFT OF THE RECIPIENT.
