THE FOUNDATION HAS ELECTED TO DISSOLVE FOLLOWING THE PASSING OF ITS PRIMARY CONTRIBUTOR IN FEBRUARY 2025. AS THE FOUNDATION'S SOLE ASSET WAS ITS BANK ACCOUNT, THE REMAINING CASH BALANCE WAS DISTRIBUTED TO THE BLACKBAUD GIVING FUND, A QUALIFIED PUBLIC CHARITY. THE BANK ACCOUNT WAS OFFICIALLY CLOSED IN JUNE 2025, AND THE FOUNDATION CEASED ALL OPERATIONS AT THAT TIME. ALL ASSETS HAVE BEEN DISBURSED, AND NO OUTSTANDING LIABILITIES REMAIN.
