The Foundation, in May 2023 appointed two new trustees, (Eberhard Lothar Faber & Anthony G. Faber). In July of 2024 all investments, in the Foundation were transfered to the investment firm of Raymond James and there was a full re-allocation of the Fondations holdings. This re-allocation began in July 2023 and took time for all transactions to be realized and consequently reported on the Foundations 2024 tax return. Based on the above, we are requesting a full abatement on any late fees and penalties.
