THE COURT GRANTED APPROVAL FOR THE TERMINATION OF THE TRUST AND THE DISTRIBUTION OF ALL THE ASSETS TO THE BENEFICIARIES. A CERTIFIED COPY OF THE ADJUDICATION OF THE COURT DATED DECEMBER 27, 2023 IS ATTACHED. ALL ASSETS OF THE TRUST HAVE BEEN DISTRIBUTED.

THE UPPER CONNECTICUT RIVER VALLEY OF VERMONT (ESSEX, CALEDONIA, ORANGE, WINDSOR, AND WINDHAM COUNTIES) AND NEW HAMPSHIRE (COOS, GRAFTON, SULLIVAN, AND CHESHIRE COUNTIES), 2. GREATER NEW YORK COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AND CONTINUED ON STATEMENT 14 3. THE COMMUNITIES OF WESTERN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, INCLUDING NEIGHBORHOODS ON CHICAGO'S WEST SIDE. GRANTS TYPICALLY ARE MADE IN A RANGE OF $10,000 TO $25,000. THE FOUNDATION OCCASIONALLY AWARDS MULTI-YEAR GRANTS. GRANTS ARE MADE FOR GENERAL OPERATING SUPPORT AND PROJECT OR PROGRAM SUPPORT.
