Pursuant to a unanimous decision in July,. 2021 by all the Foundation's Trustees to terminate the Foundation on August 1 2021 mailed a check in the amount of $995 the full account balance in order to liquidate the account at the Foundation's only financial institution the US Premier Federal Credit Union "Credit Union". The check payable to the American Cancer Society in Atlanta Georgia "ACS" exhausted the Foundation's balances at the Credit Union. That check was deposited by ACS and paid by the Credit Union on August 17 2021. Immediately following that payment transaction the Credit Union closed the Foundation's account and the Foundation contemporaneously stopped its operations and ceased to exist.
