DURING 2021, THE COGAR FOUNDATION, INC. MADE TWO DISTRIBUTIONS OF ASSETS FROM SOURCES OTHER THAN CURRENT INCOME. SUCH DISTRIBUTIONS REPRESENTED 95% OF COGAR'S NET ASSETS OF $422,101 AT THE BEGINNING OF 2021. THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION IS A 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION AND IS NOT CONTROLLED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY BY COGAR OR ANY DISQUALIFIED PERSON WITH RESPECT TO COGAR. THE DISTRIBUTIONS WERE MADE TO FURTHER THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION'S MISSION AND WILL BE EXCLUSIVELY USED FOR THE CHARITABLE PUPOSES AS DEFINED UNDER SECTION 501C(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986.
