THE CHRIST FOUNDATION SUPPORTS PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS RELATED TO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, EDUCATION, HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES. APPLICANTS SHOULD ATTEND TO BASIC COMMUNITY NEEDS, BE ABLE TO SUSTAIN SIGNIFICANT AND LONG-TERM IMPACT, SET OBJECTIVES AND MEASURABLE OUTCOMES THAT IMPROVE QUALITY OF LIFE IN OUR COMMUNITY, SEEK FINANCIAL COMMITMENTS FROM ORGANIZATIONS OTHER THAN CHRIST FOUNDATION AND ILLUSTRATE PLANS FOR LONG-TERM SUSTAINABILITY THAT DO NOT SOLELY RELY ON RECURRING SUPPORT FROM CHRIST FOUNDATION.
