IN ADDITION TO PERSONAL AND DETAILED FINANCIAL INFORMATION, AN APPLICANT MUST ALSO PROVIDE AN INVOICE FROM THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION, A RECENT TRANSCRIPT, AND A PERSONAL WRITTEN STATEMENT.
