Restrictions
1. The scholarship shall only be awarded to a student residing in Reynoldsville, Sykesville, or Winslow Township, PA.2. The applicant must be a graduating senior pursuing a post graduate education. For the purposes of scholarships, post graduate education is defined as education in any college, junior college, two-year college institution, trade school, occupational school, or any other type of post high school institution providing occupational education.3. The applicant must demonstrate: academic promise, financial need, and community involvement.
