This decision has been reached by the F & J TSAI FOUNDATION 's Board of Directors after careful consideration and in accordance with the requirements outlined in our Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.All necessary steps has been taken to ensure a smooth and orderly dissolution process. Please see the following information:1.Effective Date of Dissolution: February 28th, 20232.Liquidation of Assets: F & J TSAI FOUNDATION has contributed all of its assets to one or more organizations described in Section 170(b)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code for a public charity purpose, in accordance with Section 501(c)(3) regulations. There is no assets left to be distributed as of February 28th, 2023. 3.Final Annual Return: The Final Form 990-PF for the taxable year ending on February 28th, 2023 will be filed in a timely manner.
