The Foundation ceased operations in 2020. There were no assets to distribute because the prior foundation manager did not give the current foundation managers access to the foundation's bank account when he terminated in 2013, and the current foundation managers have failed in their attempts over several years to recover it from him. In 2020 they gave up hope of recovering the cash, and it is reported as a theft loss of $4,030 in 2020. There were no assets besides that cash in the Foundation.
