The following information is submitted in accordance with Treasury Regulation Section 1.6043-3(a)(1) and the Form 990-PF instructions: During the taxable year ending 12/31/2024, the MMK Foundation (the "Foundation") made distributions from assets from sources other than current income in anticipation of dissolution. The Foundation filed the attached Certificate of Dissolution with the Secretary of State of Texas on October 1, 2024. The Foundation made distributions of cash to the grantees listed in the attachment to Part XIV, Line 3a; each such grant was made solely for the charitable purpose specified therein. The Foundation's remaining assets, which represent funds set aside for final expenses, were distributed by July 16, 2025 prior to the filing of this Form 990-PF as follows: 5/13/25: 990-PF extension payment of $200 to the IRS for taxable year ending December 31, 2024 7/16/25: Grant of $4,126 to National Philanthropic Trust, a public charity A final distribution of $67, which represents the expected tax refund, will be paid for services rendered in connection with the Foundation's dissolution.
