THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS DETERMINED THAT IT WAS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE PARTIES TO FORMALLY TERMINATE THE FOUNDATION AND DISTRIBUTE ALL ASSETS TO A QUALIFIED CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION. AT THAT TIME THE ONLY ASSET IN THE FOUNDATION WAS CASH OF 4,977.26 ALL OF WHICH WAS DONATED TO A QUALIFIED PUBLIC CHARITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH IRC SEC 507(B)(1) AND REG 1.507-2(A)(6). THE CONTRIBUTION WAS RECEIVED BY NATIONAL CHRISTIAN FOUNDATION (A 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION) ON OCTOBER 18, 2016. SEE ATTACHED PLAN OF DISSOLUTION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF CONTRIBUTION.
