Name, Address, Social Security Number, Phone and contact information, College or University enrollment information, grade point average, annual household income, school activities, clubs, and organizations, anticipated major, career goals, and employment information if applicable. Attached to the application should be official transcripts, two letters of recommendation (one from the school principal), written statement explaining financial need.
Restrictions
Philippines annual Grant limited to $1,200 plus $500 for books, materials, and cost of living, for a combined total of $1,700USA annual Grant limited to $5,000 plus books and materials of $2,500, for a combined total of $7,500.
