How to Apply A completed application form as found on the organization's website (www.grosefamilyfoundation.org/apply) must be emailed to Grose Family Foundation at info@grosefamilyfoundation.org no later than March 31st each year. The following items are included in the application: - Anticipated project timeline and budget - A biography, including the academic degrees and relevant professional experience, of the individual(s) leading the project - A minimum of two letters of support from members of the impacted community (outside of the applying organization) describing why the community wants the project and what the community hopes to gain - A copy of the organization's tax exempt determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service showing the organization's status as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
Restrictions Grose Family Foundation awards three needs-based grants of no more than $12,000 per recipient each year. Grants are restricted to 501(c)(3) organizations actively engaged in efforts to improve the emotional, spiritual, and physical lives of people and their communities.
