The Trustees of the Foundation voted to dissolve the Foundation and transfer all of the assets to the Murphy Family Giving Fund, a Donor Advised Fund established by William Murphy which is being administered by Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund at Fidelity Investments. One of the Trustees, William Murphy, is now 90, and all of the Trustees now wish to minimize the administrative burden of the Foundation by transferring the foundation assets to the Donor Advised Fund. The assets were transferred on February 8, 2024 and December 26, 2024.
