EIN: 27-1678810 STATEMENT REGARDING 507(B)(2) TERMINATION OF PRIVATE FOUNDATION Effective 3/31/2024, Brown Doggy Pictures Inc. terminated operations by filing dissolution with the State of Illinois and the State of Delaware. Following the date of termination, the Foundation distributed all its assets to the below private non-operating foundation: Earl and Brenda Shapiro Foundation (EIN: 45-0524597) 400 North Michigan Avenue, STE 250 CHICAGO, IL 60611 The Foundation receives royalty income in perpetuity annually as its main source of income.
