OPUSCF TARGETS ITS PHILANTHROPIC EFFORTS IN THE AREAS OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, EDUCATION, FINANCIAL LITERACY, COMMUNITY HEALTH ISSUES AND THE ARTS, WITH AN EMPHASIS ON UNDERSERVED AND LOW INCOME POPULATIONS.
