THE FOUNDATION ENCOURAGES PROJECTS THAT PROMOTE THE ARTS WITHIN DEKALB COUNTY, INDIANA; ENHANCE THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS IN DEKALB AND STEUBEN COUNTIES IN INDIANA; AND ASSIST THE CITY OF GARRETT, INDIANA, IN CONSTRUCTION OF MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENTS. IF AN ORGANIZATION IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY, A GRANT APPLICATION FORM - COVER SHEET SHOULD BE COMPLETED WITH THE FOLLOWING: WHO THE ORGANIZATION IS, ITS FINANCIAL NEEDS, ITS PROCEDURES FOR FUNDING AND COMPLETING THE PROJECT AND THE TOTAL COST. THE GRANT PACKAGE SHOULD INCLUDE: COVER LETTER; ABSTRACT OR SUMMARY; STATEMENT OF NEED; OBJECTIVES; EVALUATION; FUTURE FUNDING; AND BUDGET.
