During the calendar year 2021,there was a substantial contraction as defind in Regulations Sec. 1.6043-3(d) of the Dalton Family Foundation. The substantial contraction occurred as a result of the distribution during the tax year of more than 25% of the fair market value of the net assets of the Dalton Family Foundation at the beginning of the tax year. The distributions were not due to any plan of liquidation, dissolution or termination, and are not part of a series of related dispositions made during prior tax years. A schedule listing the names of all recipients of assets is shown in Part XIV 3.
