How to Apply
Completed and signed application should be mailed in, faxed applications will not be accepted. Required materials include copies of child/family agreements, birth certificate, pay stubs and verification of any financial assistance.
Restrictions
Children between the ages of 2.5 and 5 years old are eligible to apply for the 2019-2020 school year. Child must show readiness to be in a primary environment (ability to follow direction, accept a gentle no, be potty trained.) Families must qualify within the foundation's income guidelines of federal poverty level and 240% of the poverty level.
