Property was purchased in 2016 and will be renovated for new headquarters for USA Basketball in 2017. Hillside Community Initiatives LLC: Mission is to revitalize Hillside neighborhood through the redevelopment of a closed public school and vacant land and trails. School and land was purchased in 2016 and will be renovated and reopened as non-profit campus in 2017. Lane Community Ventures LLC: Mission is to revitalize blighted part of downtown Colorado Springs through redevelopment of vacant land into future community projects like museums, parks, and or affordable housing. Property was purchased in 2016 and will be developed into a yet to be determined community project in 2018 in partnership with city and nonprofit organizations.
