GRANTS WILL NOT BE MADE TO INDIVIDUALS, CHURCHES, PUBLIC OR PRIVATE SCHOOLS, OR NATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS THAT DO NOT HAVE LOCAL FINANCIALLY-INDEPENDENT CHAPTER. GRANTS WILL NOT BE MADE FOR MEDICAL RESEARCH, TRAVEL, SALARIES, OPERATIONAL PHASES OF ESTABLISHED PROGRAMS, POLITICAL CAMPAIGNS, OR FUNDRAISING EVENTS, INCLUDING THE PURCHASE OF TABLES, TICKETS OR ADVERTISEMENTS. THE FOUNDATION PREFERS NOT TO COMMIT FUNDS FOR CONTINUED SUPPORT OF LONG-TERM PROGRAMS LASTING MORE THAN ONE YEAR, ENDOWMENT CAMPAIGNS, ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS, ADVERTISING OR FUND RAISING DRIVES, SALARIES FOR STAFF OR INDIVIDUALS, INTERMEDIARY FUNDING AGENCIES AND/OR RESEARCH. THE FOUNDATION DOES NOT FUND MULTI-YEAR GRANTS. IF AN ORGANIZATION IS AWARDED GRANTS FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE YEARS, THE ORGANIZATION WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR ONE YEAR.
