Instruction T Schedule of Substantial Contraction On December 1, 2020 the Members of Timmons Foundation, Inc. (Corporation) approved the voluntary liquidation of the Corporation (Copy Attached). All investments (all of which were publicly traded) were sold during 2020 and reported on taxpayers 2020 990-PF along with $185,000 of cash donations to charities. As reported in Part II of taxpayers 2020 form 990-PF the Corporations sole remaining asset as of December 31, 2020 was a PNC checking account with a balance of $6,411. After paying the tax associated with taxpayers 2020 form 990-PF, final reporting with Ohio Secretary of State and any other costs required to liquidate the Corporation the remaining balance of $4,226 was contributed to the Coshocton Foundation. The gift was a cash donation.
