Restrictions
INDIVIDUALS SEEKING PARTICIPATION IN AVAG'S PROGRAMS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS: A DD-214 VETERAN, SPOUSE OR WIDOW OF A DD-214 VETERAN, US ARMED FORCES ACTIVE DUTY PERSONNEL, APPLICANTS ANNUAL HOUSEHOLD INCOME SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AREA MEDIAN INCOME, PERSONAL PROPERTY (BANK ACCOUNTS, STOCKS AND BONDS, ETC.) MAY NOT EXCEED $20,000.THE MAXIMUM DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE BENEFIT IS $2,500 TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF A MANUFACTURED HOME. APPLICANTS MUST FIRST BE APPROVED TO PURCHASE A MANUFACTURED HOME THROUGH A LICENSED DEALER.AVAG RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE QUALIFICATIONS. BENEFITS ARE AVAILABLE AS THE FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO AVAG.
