THESE FORMS WILL BE MAILED TO APPLICANTS UPON REQUEST OR CAN BE DOWNLOADED FROM THE FOUNDATION'S WEB SITE: www.bradleyfoundationscholars.org/applications.html.Academic institution must mail sealed official transcript to The Bradley Foundation. Scholarship Reference Form and Scholarship Reference Statement from at least TWO administrators, teachers, or counselors who will be recommending that student for the scholarship should be submitted directly to The Bradley Foundation.
Restrictions 1. Applicants must be enrolled as full-time student in accredited college.2. Applicants must be United States Citizens or have permanent residency status.3. Applicants must be recommended by an administrator, teacher, or counselor.4. Applicants must have a cumulative Grade Point Average of 2.5 or better.5. Applicants must complete the Student Scholarship Application form.6. Applicants must submit an Official College Transcript.
