Restrictions
The grant program is designed to encourage restoration and rehabilitation of original and historic building features that contribute to a distinctive downtown character. Grant proceeds can be used for exterior renovation of the structure or interior modifications and improvements designed to enhance the building. Applicant must be owner of record, mortgagor or contract purchaser. Property must be located in downtown Greensburg as defined in the grant application. Buildings must be used for commercial or industrial purposes. Applicant must provide funds to match the amount of the grant. Each property is eligible for one grant for the duration of the program.
