GENERALLY CENTERPOINT ENERGY FOUNDATION WILL NOT MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS TO POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS, FRATERNAL, LABOR OR VETERAN'S ORGANIZATIONS, UNLESS ACTIVITY IS FOR DIRECT COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT.
