How to Apply GRANT APPLICANTS SHOULD REVIEW THE GRANT GUIDELINES FOUND ON THE FOUNDATION WEBSITE AT JUDDLEIGHTONFOUNDATION.ORG. PARTICULAR ATTENTION SHOULD BE PAID TO THE FOUNDATION'S PRIMARY FOCUS AREAS. APPLICANTS SHOULD CLEARLY STATE IN THIER APPLICATION HOW THEIR PROPOSAL MEETS THE FOUNDATION'S OBJECTIVE TO IMPACT THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE IN THE THREE PRIMARY AREAS OF HEALTH, EDUCATION, AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. ALSO, ALL APPLICANTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO USE THE GRANT PROPOSAL FORM LOCATED ON THE WEBSITE. THIS FORM REQUESTS IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WHICH IS HELPFUL IN CONSIDERATION OF EACH REQUEST.
Restrictions THE FOUNDATION'S ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION REQUIRE THAT AT LEAST 75% OF ALL AMOUNTS DISTRIBUTED IN ANY PERIOD BE FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF QUALITY OF LIFE IN ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, INDIANA. OTHERWISE, THE FOUNDATION MAY MAKE GRANTS FOR ALL EDUCATIONAL, CHARITABLE, AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES AS DEFINED IN CODE SECTION 501(C)(3). THE FOUNDATION DOES NOT CURRENTLY AWARD SCHOLARSHIPS OR OTHERWISE MAKE GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS.
